Why join a monthly “Giving Society”?
Each Giving Society Monthly Partnership enables the mission and vision The Giving Closet to continue to impact the lives of students and families across not only Jacksonville but Palm Beach as well.
Our three tiered monthly giving amounts will provide the following for our students and families:
Open Door Society “$100”: Provides wardrobes, hygiene kits, and other basic essentials for 6 students and supports our emergency appointments for families we serve.
Care Takers Society “$50”: Provides essentials for a family of 5 for the year.
Seed Sower Society “$12.50”: Provides a full wardrobe and other basic essentials for 1 student.
The Giving Closet Project (GCP), is the connective force behind a network of over 80 social service agencies and two school districts that serve vulnerable youth and families facing the compounded challenges of violence, trauma, and mental health struggles. Our work is not just about meeting immediate needs; it's about building a continuum of care that supports the whole family, fosters healing, and empowers lasting change. The Giving Closet Project is a cornerstone of a community ecosystem that addresses the most pressing issues facing vulnerable children and families. From violence prevention to mental health support, our collaboration with agencies throughout the community allows us to have a deeper, more meaningful impact on those we serve.
